Data we process

We process the data needed to provide the service: identity and account details, contact details, address and access notes, cleaning preferences, bookings, communications, and payment references. Llaro does not store full card details.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to manage your account, deliver and charge for cleaning, send confirmations and reminders, handle requests, and meet legal duties. Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, and consent where applicable.

Providers

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data under their terms and security measures.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by emailing support@llaro.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Retention and contact

We retain data during the contractual relationship and applicable legal periods. The controller’s legal name, tax ID, and registered address must be added before launch.
